I'm more of a 'Go to a barber's' man for a short back and sides, but I didn't have that option in Windsor.
As a hoemeless man living on the streets of Windsor, I would go to RespeKt every week for a beard trim with clippers (Not a switchblade shave, okay?)
Julia (and all of the staff) welcomed me like I was some Chapel St princess (Royalty even?) with a lioness's mane ready for some wild & wacky Alfoil tints.
I was always offered a coffee and biscuits.
I have no idea how much they charge regular customers for this service, but I only got charged $5.
The banter itself was worth $10.
There aren't a lot of places I walk into and go, 'This is going to be fun' but RespeKt is one of them.
The vibe/atmosphere; call it what you like, is the best vibe of any business on Chapel St, Windsor. And it's consistent. It never changes from day-to-day.
I'd style it a place where all of the staff leave their emotional baggage at the door. And that's so rare today.
5 Stars isn't enough. I'm giving it 9.
